Terrible first impression!! Scheduled a time to sign the contract. Owner was late. "I'll be there in 30minutes" 90 minutes later (no show - no call) I called to reschedule. He was upset with me for not understanding! I heard all about a disputed job he had just come from where the GC was unhappy with Reliant's performance. He was late arguing about who should pay for the repairs. Even showed me pictures. Why tell me? After telling him I wanted to now think it over, he took the contract out of my hand. "I'm not willing to do your job now". Better to find out at the beginning than after they tore my roof off.
