Be aware; they will make you lose money, they advertise (realtor's name "Antony DeNito) properties ready to close when is not true, you will expend money in inspections and appraisal and 30 minutes before closing the title company will call you to inform you the closing is cancelled because the short sale was not approved and I was wasting money and time, and didn't even have the descent in apologize for their mess.
I will never use remax and will never recommend it to anybody.
