My property manager, Tammy Leonard, was very professional and helpful in dealing with a hard situation with the owners of the house that I am renting and myself. With her calm and understanding approach, I felt heard and felt that she offered a great solution to make everyone happy. We will be moving in a few days and I can only hope that my next property manager is as attentive and willing to assist as Tammy has been! We will miss her!

We had Rent Solutions manage the lease agreement for our condo in St. Petersburg for 5 years. Our rental manager was very professional and easy to work with. His knowledge helped through processes that we were not experts in and made the transitions smooth and easy. He was prompt with his reply to us when we called him on matters. We lived up in Washington state during the time of the condo being rented out. With the distance and the time difference, our rental manager at times really had to be our hands and feet. We were very grateful for the years they worked with us and making it a great relationship.
