He did a good job putting the viper basic alarm system but if you ask him to put in a advanced system he is not able to do it right. and I would never go back since he cant even follow the info I told him to follow since I had him also install a alarm and a smart start system together and he cant even get it installed right and working because he did not lesson to me. I would say he is great at sound systems and all other types but if you do any more then a basic alarm system then you are going to have to rewire it your self to get it to work right. when I got home had to rewire the alarm and the smart start to get it to work.
