I used to hear people talk about having a favorite hygienist. I never understood that. What is such a big deal? Well, once I started having anxiety about going to the dentist because of some sensitivity that had developed in my teeth, I began to understand just how important it was not only to have a knowledgeable dentist and staff, but a kind and empathic one too!!
