Robin In the Grove (Fine Watches and Jewelry) watch repair, pre-owned Rolex

Because of the convenient location (close to Brickell), we decided to buy a watch from this store, versus driving to Sunset Place. Unfortunately, when my BF brought home the watch, it looked nothing like the one I saw on Macy's online. Furthermore, the watch wasn't boxed correctly (i.e., it had the WRONG tag and WRONG description on the box's sticker). Nonetheless, I called the store to see about exchanging it, but wanted to make sure what I wanted was available before driving back to his store since parking can be a nightmare. The owner answered and stated that he was 'too busy' to check and basically hung up on me. I called back - figuring he accidentally disconnected the line - but...he flat out refused to to check his inventory over the phone and told me that I needed to come to the store. I politely explained the situation with the parking, yet...he still refused/declined to check. I asked what the return policy was, and he said that he 'did NOT have to return or exchange anything [to me]'. Then??? he hung up again. Well...needless to say, I had to call the cc company and dispute the transaction in order to get a refund. I also had to question the authenticity of the watch, since it looked nothing like the one I ended up buying at Macy's and it wasn't even packaged correctly.
