Complete Fraud, Scam people and insurance money
Roof-Em-All operate without a License Certified Roofing Contractor. After several roof works on my neighborhood, Sunset Ridge in Davenport. The day they install my new roof I noticed that there was no Permit or any paper from County Inspection. The installers knew nothing about permit or inspection and only claimed they were send by Ruben to installer knew roof. After confronting Ruben and Ian by phone the same day they disappear for weeks and they did answer my call or txt. I told my neighbors what happen to me with my roof and discovered 3 or more roof are in the same situation ,without Permit or County Inspection. They take all money from insurance and deductible from my neighbors and continue operation the same way. If I had not noticed they will continue operate fraudulently. All my neighbors roof include my, was installed on Saturday or Sunday to avoid inspectors and done the same day. Lies and more lies come from this guys....fraud, stole money from insurance and people.........................I m read previous review and can see some family members of this guy , until the review are a fraud.
