Rooms To Go & Rooms To Go Kids Furniture Store - Pembroke Pines

My husband and I were searching for a new mattress. We went to two different stores specializing in mattresses. In one, the service was good but the mattresses were pricey and only the floor samples were on sale, which we weren't too thrilled about. The other mattress store, the salespeople were incredibly pushy and practically would not let us leave if we didn't purchase their $2,000+ mattress which was way more than we wanted to spend. Someone suggested Rooms to Go. Upon walking in we were politely accosted by a woman named Nora Lopez. Nora was mostly hands off, showing us different mattresses while being extremely patient as we tossed and turned several times on different mattresses to determine whether or not we liked them. We managed to find a Simmons Beautyrest for a hugely discounted price and we felt confident that we weren't being pressured into buying it. Nora also didn't try insisting upon us any accessories, instead simply suggesting them which was also nice. We have future plans to purchase a new couch. I look forward to coming back here and having Nora help us out again. The process was easygoing, the price was great, and Nora was very helpful without coming across like she was being overbearing.
