Everything is cheaply made. Went to look for a leather couch, as I have dogs, and leather holds up better. Their "leather" furniture is all some sort of polyester blend material that they promote as being better. I sincerely doubt it. Very disappointing. Plus, the salespeople stalk you like you're some sort of prey, so it's a very uncomfortable experience.
