My husbands CPap machine stopped working at the beginning of November. His Doctor has sent over the information needed 4 Times now and when we can get Rotech on the phone they say they are waiting on the Doctors to fax paperwork. Most of the time we leave messages on their voicemail with no response. It is now January 12th and he still does not have a CPap machine. Obviously since he stops breathing when he is sleeping he has not had a restful night in over 2 months. Rotech being a medical supply company is being neglectful on their end in taking care of a patients needs.
