I'm surprised by the bad review regarding Kelly because that was the first person I ever dealt with when I called Dr. Rubin back in 12/17. She was nothing short of spectacular. I also called on a short notice. My primary suspected that I may have a serious condition and told me to see a specialist. My primary didn't refer Dr Rubin but I picked him based on his excellent credentials.
When I first spoke to Kelly she told me they had no appointments available for the next 2 weeks. However, I asked her if she would be so kind as to listen to my symptoms and ask if the doctor if he can make an exception because I may have a very serious condition. She patiently listened and told me she would call me back within the hour. She did as promised and had an appointment set for the same day! I have been to the office several times since then and her demeanor is always very sweet.
As far as Dr. Rubin he is amazing! He is very through in his treatment and makes sure to take his time to make sure I get the best treatment plan necessary for my condition. Thanks to him my condition is under control. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a gastroenterologist.
