They were fast, friendly and did a great job for a good price. My neighbor has been using them for years and recommended them to me. My carpets were clean, and the minimal use of water allowed my carpets to dry within less than 24 hours! I've had friends used other companies for a much cheaper price, and were not satisfied having to wait much longer for their carpets to dry.
