Very bad experience!
On one hand, the staff seemed nice and accommodating. They would verbally agree to take care of damaged items in the apartment but, they would never take care of them. They did come out right away to repair the AC so, I guess they do respond to big ticket items.
The previous tenant had pets and left stains that ruined the carpet. After 8 months of complaining they agreed to replace the carpet...but, that never happened. A carpet guy came out to measure the room size three times but never showed back up to do the work. The best part is that they deducted my deposit for stains to the carpet that I was not responsible for and they agreed to replace.
When I moved in I reported that the front door locks were damaged, the dead bolt seized and the knob could be opened with any key. They never came out to replace them. After 3 tries to get a new lock, I replaced them myself and gave them the bill. They refused to pay for it. I have several more examples of poor service I will not bore you with.
They were getting so many negative reviews that they started soliciting positive reviews, via email, from tenants for free maintenance vouchers. What does that tell you.
Bottom line, if you are a renter, don’t expect any verbal agreements to be honored. Get everything in writing. Take detailed photos when you move in your security deposit may depend on it. I can not recommend this property management company. Avoid like the plague.
