This one-star rating is specifically food-related. I've given the food at this place a chance time and time again, but it consistently disappoints. The food is abysmal more often than not. The cooks either have never cooked before, or simply couldn't care less. The wings (if the cooks ever feel like getting around to making them between their smoke breaks as demonstrated by my 1 hour wait for 10 wings) were burnt when I ordered them yesterday, and the margherita flat bread was soggy and stuck together; completely inedible. This also goes for the soggy quesadillas that are always burnt on the edges when I order them. Apparently, I will never learn my lesson. This isn't a one time bad experience; on average, over the course of a few months, this is how the food is presented. I have no idea how this place is still open.
