Salt Therapy Grotto - salt cave therapy

I was excited to visit this place with my son. You will enter a dark reception surrounded by salt lamps and soft music. Service was medicore; no complaints. We experienced the children's salt room which had toys, a table, a tent and chairs (for the adults). My son enjoyed playing and I enjoyed being able to lay down on the antigravity chairs and relax. Soft music also fills these rooms as well as cold salt air. I felt like I could breathe very clearly. Ironically, both my son and I ended up having a cold the next day. Not sure on the validity of what this spa claims the salt does but it was a nice experience.
