Called on a Sunday and they answered phone! Had an appointment made for two days later. Called 30 minutes before arrival. Showed up on time! My carpet is 13 yrs old, yup you read that right. 13 yrs old and after Same Day cleaned it , it looks brand new! Had master bedroom and stairs done. 100. 00. Quoted 85.00 , but requested they use their rotary brush on stairs too and that was an extra 15.00? But well worth it . Will use them again for sure!
