Here's why: My gf wanted a very unique cut center stone for her engagement ring, and Rick looked long and hard before realizing having a stone cut would our best option. He sent off one of his own smaller diamonds to be cut (at no charge to me) to ensure that his cutter could cut it exactly the way we wanted it. After viewing how well the small stone was cut, I purchased a diamond from Rick and it was sent to be cut. We were running up on my proposal deadline, and Rick fast tracked the design and manufacturing of the ring and got it back to me just in time. The ring came out UNBELIEVABLE. It was better than I could ever imagined!! The night I picked it up, he had already stayed late to finish my ring, and we still chatted for over an hour.
