My first experience with this office was in 2010. Dr Hand performed a carpal tunnel release. Everything was top-notch, including customer service, which is so hard to find. Just recently I had to see them again about shoulder problems. I was seen by Brittany Nichols, PA. I can't say enough about her professionalism and her ability to identify with my particular needs and the way I prefer to deal with pain. I am a doctor's worst nightmare. I know enough to be a pain in the rear, and I want to do everything naturopathically, so most mainstream doctors and PA's are put off by that. Brittany was wonderful, efficient, intelligent, and right on. So is the support staff. I would recommend this office to anyone needing orthopedic services in Charlotte or Sarasota counties.
