I forgot to write my appointment down and just realized that it was sometime in April so I called and asked when it was. I had missed it and was told that they don't reschedule missed appointments and since this was my first appointment with them, I can no longer go to them. I never received a reminder call and the lady very rudely told me that they make those as a courtesy - in my experience, they actually don't make them at all. Based on their lack of customer service I would not recommend them.
