Let me tell you we came from out of town with a u haul. There was a mistake on the paper work and the man here was not helpful at all and very rude. Was trying to charge us 1,600 dollars for a 400 dollar rental but could or would not explain his total. The man we rented from in Kansas tried to talk to him to fix things and he was rude and hung up on him. Then refused to take back our rental and we had to elsewhere. Would not even hook the trailer back up for us. It's a shame with local business owner tried to screw over out of towners.. Never again and trust me I will tell others.
