Shades to You

They did a OK job with the installation, but service after the sale leaves something to be desired. The hinges on the bathroom shutters are rusting. Bit of a quality problem here. I went to the local office in Apopka to get replacement hinges and was effectively told to solve the problem myself. They gave me a website and told me to find the replacement hinges by looking at pictures and measuring the rusty ones. Seriously? They could not even tell me a part number of the installed ones. Really poor customer service.
