My charger stopped working early in the evening, so desperate and needing a quick fix, I went down the street to purchase a new charger.
Within a couple of hours I noticed my new purchase also didn’t work.
I went back to return the item right then, with a receipt on hand. The man, Eduardo refused both that evening and the following day. Apparently their return policy is that it can’t be done without a manager present.
The gentleman was belligerent and unhelpful, and has been rude on other occasions as well.
