Very disappointed from start to finish. First the installation was scheduled and 3.5 hrs before arrival, called to cancel because our product was not received from the factory. Called a week later to reschedule. Installer arrived 45 mins late (had to call to find out what was going on). After installation, the automatic operation feature of the blinds did not work properly. Returned next day, still unable to get blinds to work properly. Removed blinds and returned 5 days later to install corrected electronics. Finally while the original installer did a nice job in hiding the electric cord, the second installer left the wire clearly visible. Gave two stars for product .

Checked out showroom, but didn't buy or order anything. Very expensive
