Dr Silbiger is a wonderful Dr. He cared for his patients and gave 100% of his time and knowledge and understanding. And, that also goes for Isabel. as well. I would also like to know if anyone has any information as to why he is no longer at his practice?

Absolutely horrendous. I was seen at this office and have a medication that I desperately need. When my doctor left the practice and the pharmacy sent requests twice, two weeks in a row, not only did they not refill the medication even though I had been seen within the last 8 months, they didn't even bother to pick up a phone and notify me that they would not have another doctor help me. I also have a referral in place that I needed help with, made a phone call and left a message with them asking them how to proceed since the other office scheduled me already, and again, they didn't bother to acknowledge me at all. My messages went unanswered for weeks. When I finally got ahold of them and asked how I could get my medication that I desperately need in a timely manner, they told me to go to urgent care. With a practice like this, I guess urgent care is my best option. Unbelievable. The lack of care and professionalism is staggering. *Update* - After speaking with Humana who is my insurer and being told that this office should absolutely accommodate me with at least a bridge refill, they again refused to help me in anyway. I wasn't even offered an appointment...at all, let alone in a timely manner. When I spoke to Humana and told them I was changing doctors, they said "Good call". Dr. Silbiger it seems is no longer there, neither is Dr. Rafiq. Stay away if you want actual care.
