Worst in Customer Service. I had a "Spoiled Rotten" gift certificate that was given to me for mother's day that I have been unable to use. The certificate included 5 different services worth $600 (in their words), but what good does do if one cannot book an appointment. I called several times to book an appointment and I was told that they are booked months in advance. I was referred back to the Marketing company which sold the certificate, called both numbers to no avail. I was told I could be booked in another location. Last week, I called and requested to speak to a manager. In my message, I made it clear that I would be complaining to the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and the State. No one bothered to call me back. I have tried numerously to call the person in charge for the marketing company they use, Kelly as well as Shauna, again -- NOTHING! This company is selling these sham certificates and I am uncertain to how they continue to maintain a business. I will never use them and I would stay as far as I possibly can from this company. They need to be investigated and shut down. PERIOD. I will not stop until my voice is heard on this company.
