Elliot Sokoloff did my husband’s and my Wills and Power of Attorney documents. I contacted Elliot by phone on a Saturday and my intention was to leave a message in the office but I was totally impressed when he answered the phone and guided me through the required information for a successful first meeting. His appointment time was fast and very flexible. I was actually fashionably late to the appointment and he called me and waited for me to arrive without attitude. He actually went out of his way to ensure total customer satisfaction. He was very nice, knowledgeable and very professional,while he provided a lot of good information and guidance in the first meeting the process that he used was easy to follow and logical. The documents were completed within a week and he kept me involved and up to date throughout the entire process. The final meeting was just as good. The process was easy, clear and accurate. I am 100% satisfied with his service and I will recommend all of my friends and family to use Elliot for all of their attorney needs. His customer service and quality of product is second to none.
