What a joke. Went there to wash my truck. When I pulled in, the informed me it could be 30-45 minutes or longer (they didnt know) wait because the car wash was broken. I said I would call back. Called back about 1 1/2 hours later and spoke with a lady. I asked if the car wash was fixed. She said it was never broken and didn't know who would have told me that. I told her the 2 guys out front writing the tickets told us that. She said the blower was broken but they were still washing cars. Very condescending in her tone. Obviously she needs a lesson in customer service. They do an OK job when you do get to go but service is lacking.
