THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE THIEVES & LIARS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! My husband went to this location to upgrade his phone in October of 2017.Sprint was having a promotion at the time, if you trade your old iphone you would receive a credit towards your account for the monthly price of the new phone. We have been dealing with this issue for months now because my husband is being over charged on his account and we didn't know why. We have contacted sprint about it and we were told his old device was never turned in which is why he is being charged full price for the new phone and they suggested we speak to the original location where trade in was done. After several days of phone calls to the "manager", we keep being avoided by her and no resolution. SO we decided to stop by in person. They now want to tell my husband that he was not eligible for the promotion!!! WHATT?!?! 3 moths later they tell us that but had no problem processing everything the day of and taking his money! Of course the "manager" Velinda who was a joke of a manager, no help at all and pretty much laughed in my husbands face and said she couldn't do anything that she would have to talk to the district manager and she would call us back. Surprise surprise, we never heard back from her. SO my husband got a hold of the corporate office himself and left a message for the district manager. For the mean time he decides to stop at another location about 4 miles down to see if they can help him figure out where his old device is and what's going on with his account. Thank you to the very helpful employees at the Lake Nona location, because of them is why we finally figured out what happened with my husbands old phone. It turns out that the employee, TANISHA DEL VALLE, who originally did his trade in back in October POCKETED THE PHONE AND ACTIVATED IT UNDER HER MOTHERS ACCOUNT!!!!! It is just disgusting that she would go as far as stealing from a PAYING CUSTOMER, who not to mention are the reason why she's even getting a paycheck to begin with!! It's a shame that Sprint would allow people like this to represent their company! We are currently still dealing with this whole situation trying to get this resolved, and not once have we even heard an apology or anything from the store manager. Not when we personally went to the store to speak to her before we even knew her employee stole the phone and specially not now after the fact. From reading some of the other reviews, it seems to be nothing but scamming going on with this location. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!
