This is absolutely the worst store I have ever had the misfortune of coming into. My fiancé damaged his phone while we were here on vacation. Yesterday the associate we were speaking with couldn’t seem to stop interrupting when anyone else was trying to talk and after eventually assuring us we could activate an old Verizon s7 from a relative on sprints network we came back today. The two super intelligent associates today are now insisting we can’t do this and trying to make us buy an entirely new device, and are also stating they don’t have a single SIM card here for purchase to activate another sprint specific phone I’ve had and used as a music player. They’re claiming hat without spending $400 or more they “can’t do anything”... we have two devices in hand that can be activated but they refuse to do so. There was one single woman who actually did attempt to help us but it didn’t solve the issue of “I have two phones you can activate on sprint can you please just activate one.” Go somewhere else. UPDATE! The people here are now “not comfortable” with us handing them $480 to pay off what’s owed on the lease so we can leave sprint and port the number. They don’t want to “terminate the lease” which to me makes no sense... we have to pay it off and also let them keep the phone? We don’t have a buyout option? All about the money I guess. Sprint has lost two customers today thanks entirely to this store.
I've had sprint for a long time and my price paired with my unlimited is on point. Super friendly staff. Just an awesome experience
