Store representative Elvis was amazing but the overall experience with sprint last week has me extremely dissatisfied and strongly considering changing carriers after being a long time customer. Spending countless hours on a chat, the phone and in the store before Christmas was a horrible experience so I hope sprint can respond accordingly.
