If there was a way to give no stars, I would. Been with this company for just about 16 years. Had to transfer my data from an older phone (because their crack technicians refused to work on it) to a new upgraded device. Data transfer machine is of course broken. What else would you expect from a Sprint tech center right?? So long story short.... 4 days later, still broken. Went to the store to see what the delay is and I find out they wiped my old phone clean (supposedly) AND sent my phone to some warehouse in the Land if Oz because as their story goes, "they don't have any way of contacting them to get the phone back". So now I have to believe that these blithering idiotic employees actually wiped my old phone clean and erased my data properly??? Not even an apology from these imbeciles for not letting me know they shipped it out!! I seriously hope Sprint corporate investigates this location. Waaaayy too shady for anyone to trust as far as I'm concerned. If there was some sort of legal action I could take against them, I would do so. Will soon be happily leaving Sprint.
