Horrible... Just walked in.. noone greeted us.. they asked if we had a quick bill pay.. which they shouldn't that actually turns off customers into thinking they hope we are a quick to get out of there hair.. then there's no phones out.. we are going in to switch over to Sprint and they had no motivation to even put the phone out.. .. rude... And when I asked them if they were going to put the phones out they sad not right now because of security measures... So we left... It's crazy.. such a reputable company with horrible customer service .. now we are going to T-Mobile .. you lost a business and private port over customer because your lazy and rude... Sprint is the WORST phone service you can get. I've been with them for four years. Was not told, & it was NOT in my contract, ( & I read EVERYTHING) something very important, & they just so happened to leave it out, & when I asked for a manager or someone capable of helping they did no such thing. I'm disgusted in this service and regret staying with them for as long as I have. You can't EVER get a real person on the phone!!! They have it set up so good to where you literally have to press a million buttons before the recorded voice says : "please hold while I transfer you to an operator", so you wait again for another 30 mins. Should have stayed with AT&T. I WILL switch at the end of this year! Would of done it ASAP, but of course I can't. Terrible operators, rude & never help. The guy interrupted me the whole time & when I asked to speak with someone who can help he said he is "the help" and he's the only person. Disgusting people, disgusting service. I will tell everyone I know about this experience & about what a terrible cellular carrier Sprint is. I will NEVER choose Sprint again. Just a warning to everyone, wish I had one before wasting so much money every month for the past 4 years! I'm just a single person on a contract, & when I told friends & family my bill they were shocked . DO NOT choose Sprint. Terrible people & service. Can't stress that enough. I will be switching as soon as this contract is up, this year. Sprint is terrible! No stars!!!!
