They quoted a 4 hour window. They didn't show up. Then called AFTER and said they would be at the unit in 20 minutes. So I left work and headed over, waited for 30 minutes (45 minutes after they called and 25 minutes late, again) and called to ask where they were, I was told 10 minutes. Waited another 25 minutes and still nobody there. They wasted several hours of my time, lied about being on their way, lied about how close they were, and so I just left. Never again with this company. Do not trust them, period.
