This place is a major disappointment. I walked in to get a 4 inch trim and walked out with over 10 inches cut off. I had hair to my waist that I had grown out for years and now my hair, when straight, is almost to my bra strap. I told the girl over and over that I only wanted 4 inches cut and she was cutting too much off, but she kept snipping. I measured my hair before the cut and it was 31" long. My hair is now 19 and 3/4 inches long. At one point she told me she "just had to blend" because she couldn't fix how short she made it. She cut off years of progress because she didn't follow what I asked for. I'm in awe that a licensed stylist could make such a monumental error. I will never be back.
