I called and asked to replace 1 or 2 breakers because of double-tapping, with the tandem one(s). They charged initial fees $125 for a quote (to be credited to service fees later). That job and extending two #1 wires a foot each was priced at the end of the "job" ~$500 (four hours of labor!) . As an electrical engineer (among other degrees), I am outrage.
