I'm speechless! I took my beige high heels shoes to get the heel repaired ( little cap came off of one shoe) and after my husband picked them up, I was surprised that they not only fixed the cap, they also fixed some noticeable worn marks that my shoe had on the sides and even that i cleaned them before taking them, they also cleaned them to the point that they look new! They charged me $16 but I can see that it was worth every penny! Highly recommended
