Have used them twice. The first time they analyzed my computer, found the hard drive had stopped working, and recommended buying a new computer (as it would cost more to fix the old one). Cost was $39. So far, so good. Today I contacted them and only had one question, What's the best place to buy SDRAM? (they don't sell it) They refused to recommend anybody and said they would only discuss it if I had them install it. I found this attitude unfriendly, ungrateful, and certainly not customer focused. They get a 4.5 star for my first experience and a 0 star for my second for an overall rating of 2.5 stars.
