Sunsetters Riverfront Bar & Grill

I have eaten here on several occasions and the food is really great......However the service is terrible and its a real shame . I just ordered food thru grub hub , a very simple order 1 pressed Cuban and two cups of the spicy she crab bisque. The order came and We didn't check it before Grub hub left and of course , you guessed it . The order was short one cup of she crab soup. I called the restaurant and the staff was very nice and admitted right away she didn't put the second bisque in. and advised me to contact grub hub to get it delivered as she was the only server there and couldn't leave. I just asked her to give me credit back on my card and she stated she couldn't that Grub Hub would have to do it . I contacted Grub Hub and they told me the restaurant would have to approve it. The refund was accomplished and I received a correction to my card. Two points to make here........1) Grub Hub processes the order and gives it to restaurant so they have what should be on the order they should check it before they rush out to delivery it......2) the restaurant should check the order before it is placed up for delivery. Minor and easy fixes. I don't know who the owner of this restaurant is , If he doesn't get some great servers in place it will kill his business. i am a local business owner and believe in supporting our local businesses.
