I met Surelys Messelmani this morning, she was very nice, and took care of everything to be sure all the paperworks was done correctly. I do agree there is some waiting time sometimes but i always had someone answering my questions and trying to help me when needed.

Manager has been extremely helpful to me and my small business. Went out of her way to help with a serious problem that was my fault and saved my a lot of money. Tellers call me by name and are always very courteous. I have cut it really close coming thru the drive through at closing time and they have always waited on me. The online banking program is easy to use and I LOVE the online payroll program. Couldn't be any easier for a business owner and costs a lot less than Paychex and other companies. I have banked at this same building for over years but it has been owned by 4 different banks. SunTrust has been the best to work with of any of them.
