Supreme Carpet & Tile Care

I gave it 1 star because it didn't have an option for negative X's. Carpet doesn't look any better. The small furniture that was moved wasn't put back. The carpet next to the wall is just as dirty when they said it would clean up fine. They call it grout cleaning when it's nothing more than tile cleaning and mediocre at best. What sealer? Not done! We'll let you know when we leave...DIDN'T happen. Hose in the yard not put back. Called the owner, Richard Riccobono, and he said he'd return to make it all right,,,NEVER SHOWED! In my opinion, this guy is a crook and his company is a scam. Reading other reviews, it looks like I have plenty of company being ripped off by this guy. Btw, last time I'll use one of the home service magazines since they allow these charlatans to advertise in them.
