BEWARE DO NOT Use ATT AT ALL. I was offered 100 phone internet an cable over the phone paid for 3 months and on the 4th month received a letter saying my account was over due and my cable got shut off I was never told about split billing as most people are not look it up on line the real deal is you pay 100 for phone and internet + cable they charge you a ton of late fees wait 4 months to contact you and ask you to pay then you go in and they say oh don’t worry about those fees just pay the service provided in an attempt to make it look like good service. I asked them to pay the months I never received a bill and they told me it was my fault I never got a bill was never told about split billing and offered a bogus deal. I was a long time att customer never missed a bill for 6 years not once and you can’t credit me 300 for cable service you screwed up? No sorry I’m done I have moved all my service to a new carrier and highly recommend you do the same.
