This store was less busy than the store on Bee Ridge and the staff more knowledgeable and helpful. When i had problems activating my new phone they were a big help in rectifying the problems. They had what I needed, explained in simple terms why what i wanted wouldnt work. Fast and efficient. Still a phone store so regardless of brand be prepared for frustration and a lot of time. However, this is one of the best stores in thw area.
