Horrible company to work with. First they serviced the wrong unit and charged me full price. Then charged me to fill the other unit only to tell me that was going to be lost when they did the pressure test to find the leak. Started the pressure test which was supposed to last 48 hours but they forgot to schedule a return so they didn't come back until I called. Charged me to fill the unit again. Quoted me $1000 to replace the outside coil which was under warranty. Other companies have quoted me half that amount. Asked for one of the owners to call me back to discuss. They won't. The only person I can seem to talk to over there is the receptionist/bookkeeper who told me to take my business elsewhere, and that the $5k I have spent with them already is small potatoes to them and that is why they won't have anyone return my call.
