My first time into this store Glenn and Nick made me feel important, like family, not a customer(They greet EVERYONE who walks in their store with a welcome). I explained to Nick and Glenn my problem with another cell carrier and instead of bashing them they offered me options. I left their store with extreme happiness. I felt relief from my previous carrier AND with A LOT of additional free features and products. Glenn and assistant Manager Nick know what they are doing and they provide customer satisfaction better than any cell carrier I've used. Thanks!
