You expect the same thing every time you come to a big name brand, even a fast food place. The Muzak (or whatever) was a little too loud which probably was a good thing and the TVs had some sound but you couldn't hear them, No captioning. The dining area was dirty, as was the assembly line. Parking lot was really clean. My cashier "Kennethia" was pleasant and smiled. The restrooms were well stocked. Extra roll of TP on the handicap rail, both soap dispensers worked, both trash cans neat...almost clean too.
