We went into tailfins on Saturday. They were very slow, so we figured we would stop for food and drinks. The service was slow and couldn't figure out who order what and screwed up our tabs. My buddy order a burger with no tomato. They burger came out the right temp but it also came with tomato. It also came with a little surprise... it still had the cheese wrapper on the cheese. They never asked if he wanted his money back or offered to pay for his meal. I would avoid this establishment at all cost.
