I'm speechless! Today I finally went for my oil change with the encouragement of a 20$ Off Full Synthetic oil change coupon I received in the mail. Once I pulled up on location two other cars were already being worked on. An employee acknowledged my arrival and walked out to greet me. He happily introduced himself(his name was Mark) and announced the car ahead of me is about to leave and offered an ice cold bottle of water for the wait. When he returned, I bluntly asked for just the oil and oil filter to be changed.
Once they started working another guy started to take out my air filter and I immediately yelled out that I just wanted the oil change. Mark calmly explained with every oil change he will check and top off any fluids applicable, check and adjust tire pressures, replace my oil drain plug and gasket if needed at no additional cost. Then he smiled and grabbed the air filter and said that it is checked every time and presented clean or dirty so I know the condition.
Hands down the best oil change I've experienced and not once felt pressured to purchase extra things.
