I absolutely love this studio! I myself am a yoga instructor and have visited studios all over the world, and I have to say that this is one of my all time favorites!! The staff, students and owner, Marina Bourantonis, are all incredibly warm and welcoming - the atmosphere overall is just fantastic! Nothing makes me feel better than a calorie-blasting, strong Bikram or hot yoga practice at Thavma! I highly recommend this studio of all levels :)
