I've been a member of Bodhi Hot Yoga for over 18 months. From the moment I walked in I new that this studio was perfect for me. Not just for my physical well being but my spiritual well being too. All the teachers offer a slightly different & wonderful aspect of what I need in my yoga practice & inner being. Each class is taught for all levels from the 1st class as a beginner, as my practice has evolved and for advanced students & practicing yoga teachers. The owners are professional business owners, friendly, helpful & encouraging instructors. I am so glad that I found, Bodhi Hot Yoga & have meet wonderful people & friends there.
