The Ticket Clinic

If I could leave zero stars I would. A few years ago I paid them to show up in court for me and I went just to make sure everything went smoothly. No one showed up for me in court. They asked for my name repeatedly and nobody got up. So I decided to just represent myself since I didn't want to get the ticket and luckily the cop did not show up and so the case was dismissed. I called them and requested my money back since they did not do what they were supposed to but they said that since I represented myself I lost all right to get my money back. So what they were saying is that I should have let the judge give me the ticket which was substantially a large amount of money so then I could argue with ticket clinic in giving back the money I paid them to avoid exactly that. I literally paid them for nothing.
